When somebody catches cold we all hear people say “Uuuh! Stay away from me” or “just stay at home and don’t come to work until you are alright”. The next thing he or she does is to sneeze and most of us hold our breath for a while to prevent breathing the virus in but it may be too late.

Sometimes it succeeds but if it is overwhelmed, the virus spreads to the entire body and manifests  sore like, flu-like feeling,s in the throat, sneezing, coughing all way round and headache problems,  etc.
