Wheat grass is available in concentrated juice powder form in health food stores or online if you want to search for a better bargain. The product is got from wheatgrass juice that is extracted and dehydrated.

It is loaded with amino acids, beta-carotene, high level of fiber and B vitamins. It also has properties that fight bacteria and detoxification properties.

If you choose to juice fresh wheatgrass, do not use the indoor tray-grown wheatgrass that sends up shoots in a week or less. Their simple sugars cannot be converted to complex nutrients that field grown wheat grasses contain.
